A Word of Caution

One word of advice, be cautious about telemarketers that try to sell their service over the phone. Usually, they identify themselves as “the chimney sweep” who claims to have serviced your chimney. Beware! Scam artists have discovered that chimneys are a hot item. (Sorry about the pun.)
